Memories

On our first time in New Orleans we went big. Party every night and was drinking like there's no tomorrow.

I remember seeing Ronald last year on this spot (this pic was taken this year - our 2nd time in New Orleans) passed out right by a huge dumpster.

Right when we saw the same spot this year, I needed to take a picture of him to relive the memories.

It was definitely good times and fun memories.

Janet Jackson in Manila, Philippines

I am super jealous with my hometown right now. Janet Jackson arrived Feb. 3,2011 in Manila for her concert 'Number Ones—Up Close and Personal World Tour' on Feb. 4, 2011 at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). I read from a column that she chose a smaller venue (PICC is not that bad) instead of a doing her concert at Araneta Coliseum (the Big Dome) because she wants to be more intimate with the audience. The last time she was in the Philippines was around 1995 and she is super excited to be back.

NOW, what did my hometown, the Philippines do to get Ms. Jackson (if you are Nasty) to open her tour there? I love my country and all but im just super jealous!!!

I think there was a challenge on her website(?) months ago on what would your city do for Janet Jackson to make a stop for her tour in your city? This is what Seattle did ...

Lunch lady is BACK!

I totally forgot that I ordered food for today from the lunch lady at work. She's been gone for couple of weeks/month an we miss her food and cheap deals.

We are having Sinigang (tamarind soup) and rice today, one of my favorites. She stopped by the ER to deliver food. And as I check the bag, she wrote "SUPER GANDA" meaning super beautiful which is hilarious coz before she went on leave it was just Ganda and now it went to the next level. Lol! I don't think she remembers my name that's why she gave me a nickname. Haha.

Not only my nickname went to the next level but her price went a dollar higher. ($7/meal) which is still not bad. It's home cooked meal and it gets delivered to my desk. Very comfy!

I'm glad lunch lady is back!
